Hi neil,
You have to extract the file to get the installer.
Extract the files in newly created folder and find the setup file for new installation.

sir i have downloaded the directx10 offline installer and when i run it.. it keeps asking where i extrac the file… and i dont know where can i put it.. can u tell me where an i extract this????

@zelo55 - Hi zelo55, threaded comments plugin will not work in all themes. Instead use "WP Comment Remix" plugin for reply option in comments. "WP Comment Remix" is light weight plugin. No junk of JavaScript in this plugin.
