Google testing the new menu bar in the top of the Google Home page. It lists most of the popular services according to the user’s interest. By default the home page has search type links and additionally to Gmail login. May be after logging to the Google account users can see some other favorite links. Luckily I got this page while surfing. Here is the screenshot.
