Men have a morning secret that all women should know.

All men wake up in the morning with an erection. This is a well-known fact, but women have a hard time understanding it. Morning activity in bed is definitely something men desire more than women. But if you think it’s because men want to have sex all the time or dream about it every night, you’re wrong. This phenomenon has been researched. Doctors have concluded that it’s not about a female partner or wet dreams.

It is a medical condition called NPT (nocturnal penile erection), which is common to all men who have reached puberty and lasts for their entire lives. Research into the causes of this phenomenon has led to the theory that the penis* moves at night, when the brain and body are asleep. During an erection, the penis fills with blood and stays in place for an extended period of time, at least until ejaculation or a morning trip to the bathroom. In this study, doctors also concluded that “men experience four to five erections per night, each lasting about 25 minutes.” Here’s a picture showing the scientific biological process behind erections. So while men are “ready” in the morning, women’s libido increases later in the day.

So intimacy doesn’t always have to be in the morning or evening… it has to be something you both desire at the same time, without trying to satisfy the other, right? What do you think about it? We’d really appreciate it if you’d share this post on Pinterest to spread the word.
